FTP Access

You can easily upload your files directly to our production dept:
  1. Put all necessary files in a folder with your company name as the folder name.
  2. Stuff or zip your folder.
  3. Upload the stuffed/zipped file using an FTP client (please download our ftp instructions if you haven't uploaded files to us before).

Once the upload is complete, include a job description in an email to files@stellacolor.com or call: (206) 223-2303

File Submission

Stella Color can print from any of the major graphics applications. If you are working with older versions or less standard software, we will be happy to offer suggestions on how to convert your files into a format that we can accept. Regardless of which programs you use, there are a few simple things to keep in mind:
  • Keeping your file submissions organized and succinctly named can help get your project started quickly and efficiently.

  • Please supply only the files you wish to have printed.

  • Supplying native application files allows us to fine tune color and help you make changes on the fly if needed.

  • Please check to make sure you are submitting all of the fonts and links used in your files. Also be sure that you do not embed links.
